By booking an appointment, completing an intake, or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive medical services via telehealth in accordance with our Telemedicine Consent and SMS Policy.
You also consent to receive SMS messages related to scheduling, reminders, and care coordination.
Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
All telehealth communications comply with applicable HIPAA privacy and security standards.
4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions
Program fees are displayed transparently at the time of enrollment.
If a patient decides not to proceed after the initial clinical visit, they are eligible for a 100% refund of that visit fee.
All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party platforms.
Promotional pricing, coupon codes, and limited-time offers (such as “70OFFSEMA” or “100OFFTIRZ”) may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
No long-term commitments are required, and patients may adjust or cancel future billing according to program terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, design, images, graphics, videos, and trademarks, is the property of N&S Clinic LLC d/b/a Your Infinity Health or its licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
